VAHTS TGS DNA Library Prep Kit for ONT is a ligation-based library construction kit suitable for Nanopore sequencing platform. Combined with the Barcode Adapter, it can perform single-sample or multi-sample analysis of 100 ng - 1.5 μg gDNA and amplicons. Build a database. This kit uses a directed evolution mutant enzyme with high catalytic activity and a carefully optimized buffer. It can directly perform Barcode Ligation without purification after end repair/damage repair/A-tail addition, and the experimental process is convenient. All reagents provided in the kit have undergone strict quality control and functional verification to ensure the stability and reproducibility of library construction.
